This page is maintained by GoLife to describe the terms for using GoLife.green. It is not legal advice or an independent certification. If anything here conflicts with applicable consumer law in your jurisdiction, the law controls.
1. Who we are
GoLife.green is operated by GoLife ("we", "us"). You can reach us at info@golife.green.
2. Your account
You need an account to use most of the app. You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account. One account per person; don't share or resell accounts.
3. Acceptable use
- Don't scrape, bulk-download, or resell GoLife.green data or ratings.
- Don't upload content you don't have the right to upload.
- Don't use the service to harass others, infringe rights, or break the law.
- We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.
4. Subscription, billing, and cancellation
Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing cadence, and any free trial are shown in the app before you check out. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
You can cancel anytime from the in-app billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. We don't provide refunds for partial periods unless required by law.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't see or store full card numbers.
5. Not medical, veterinary, or professional advice
GoLife.green provides general information about ingredients and packaging for educational purposes only. Ratings reflect publicly available hazard, regulatory, and exposure research, applied with a transparent methodology. They are not a diagnosis, prescription, or substitute for professional medical, dermatological, pediatric, or veterinary advice.
Always consult a qualified professional for health decisions. Do not start, stop, or change any prescribed treatment or product based on a GoLife.green rating. If you're pregnant, nursing, managing a medical condition, or making choices for a child or pet, talk to your doctor or vet.
6. User content
When you scan or upload product photos, ingredient lists, or notes, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use that content to operate and improve GoLife.green — including showing product information and ratings to other users. You keep ownership of what you upload.
7. Accuracy, disclaimers, and limitation of liability
GoLife.green is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep our database accurate, but ingredient lists, formulations, and regulatory information change over time and can differ between regions. We don't warrant that ratings are complete, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
You can delete your account anytime from the Account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. On deletion, your profile, scans, and tracked items are removed (see the Privacy Policy).
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California. Before filing a formal claim, please reach out to info@golife.green so we can try to resolve it informally.
